/KASE, June 19, 2023/ – Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decision of the general meeting of partners dated
June 2, 2023:
- to approve an increase in the authorized capital of the partnership by
KZT3,013,838,233 to KZT4,405,061,104.45 with the partners making additional
contributions.
