/KASE, June 14, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its
shareholders will begin on July 10, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock, with the following
agenda:
- on approval of the company's financial statements for 2022;
- on the payment or non-payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company for 2022;
- on early termination of powers of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of
the company;
- on the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company;
- on the early termination of the powers of a member and an independent
director of the company's Board of Directors;
- on the election of a member and an independent director of the Board of
Directors of the company.
