/KASE, June 12, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the following:

Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (hereinafter – the Company) informs that on
June 9, 2023, as part of the implementation of the Housing Loans (Mortgage
Loans) Refinancing Program, it placed its own bonds (ISIN – KZ2C00007086) for
a total amount of 39,331,746 tenge.
The program for refinancing housing loans (mortgage loans) was approved by the
Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
April 24, 2015 (Minutes No. 69, hereinafter – the Program) and is aimed at
providing assistance to socially vulnerable segments of the population.
As of June 1, 2023, the Company provided assistance to 1,018 borrowers at the
expense of the Program for a total of 6,969 million tenge.
