ON JANUARY 23 WORK MEETING OF DEDICATED TO SALE OF SBS OF UKTMC OJSC AT THE STOCK EXCHANGE WILLL BE HELD AT KASE

/KASE, January 21, 04/ - On January 23 of 2004 at 11:00 a.m. of Almaty time work meeting of dedicated to sale of state block of shares (SBS) of Open joint- stock company "UST-KAMENOGORSK TITANIUM-MAGNESIUM COMBINE " (UKTMC OJSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk) on January 26 at KASE will be held in the trade hall of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE). The meeting is held by the initiative of the Committee of state property and privatization of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan (Committee) with participation of its representatives, and also representatives of UKTMC OJSC and broker authorized by the Committee for SBS sale (KIB ASSET MANAGEMENT Ltd. JSC, Almaty). Representatives of broker-dealer companies, accumulative pension funds, organizations fulfilling investment control of pension assets, banks and other juridical persons interested in the trades are invited to the meeting, during which details of the forthcoming trades will be discussed.
