/KASE, June 9, 2023/ – S.A.S. JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the decisions of
the sole shareholder dated May 29, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- due to the absence of the company's net income for 2022, no dividends for
2022 shall be accrued.
