/KASE, June 9, 2023/ – Aidarly Project JSC (Zhezqazgan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May
30, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- due to the lack of net income for 2022, no dividends on ordinary shares shall
be accrued or paid.
Decisions on a total of five items on the agenda were made at the annual general
meeting of shareholders.
