/KASE, June 8, 2023/ – IC "Sinoasia B&R" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 31, 2023, the
following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: Choi Yuk Leung, L. Buranbayeva, Lam Sai Kwong Paul;
- elected: B. Baiseitov, K. Kozhakhmetov, Choi Yuk Leung.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of IC "Sinoasia
B&R" JSC consists of three people.
