Kazakhstan LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the financial statements
present fairly, in all material aspects, the financial position of Benkala
Mining Company LLP as of December 31, 2020, as well as its operating results
and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date, in accordance with
IFRS.
