/KASE, June 6, 2023/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 29, 2023:
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited (separate and consolidated) financial statements of
the company for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
