/Kazakhstan today, January 20, 04/ - In the first quarter of 2004, 8,878 th tones of oil to be transported through the pipeline system of KazTrnasOil CJSC. The press-service of NC KazMunaiGas CJSC informed a correspondent of KZ-today about this fact. The volume of oil transported through the system of KazTransOil CJSC in 2003 totaled 34,192 th. tones, exceeding the level of 2002 by 3,875 th. tones. In addition, in the first quarter of 2004 the volume of gas to be transported through trunk pipelines of Intergas Central Asia CJSC is estimated at 30.1 bn of cubic meters. The volume of gas transportation through the system of Intergas Central Asia CJSC in 2003 reached 118.2 bn of cubic meters, exceeding the level of 2002 by 7.6 bn of cubic meters. [2004-01-20]
