Moore Stephens Kazakhstan LLP. According to the auditor's report, which contains
a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements present fairly,
in all material aspects, the financial position of Tengri Partners Investment
Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2022, as well
as the results of their economic activities and their cash flows for the year
ended as of the specified date in accordance with IFRS.
