/KASE, June 5, 2023/ – NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
Russell Francis Banham quit the company's Board of Directors of his own
accord.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom
JSC consists of seven persons: Neil Charles Longfellow, Marc William Kasher,
A. Zhubaev, Y. Zhanadil, N. Nurbaeva, Y. Berdigulov, Y. Mukanov.
