/KASE, June 5, 2023/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 30, 2023.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate audited consolidated financial statements of the
company for 2022;
- to approve the company's consolidated audited financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute dividends on ordinary shares for 2022, to retain the amount
of net income for 2022.
