/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed (KASE)
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May
30, 2023:
- not to distribute net income for 2022, leave it in the company's retained
earnings account;
- not to accrue nor pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
