/KASE, May 31, 2023/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 25, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income earned in 2022, and retain it at
the disposal of the company until a new decision is made. No dividends on
ordinary shares of the company for 2022 shall be accrued or paid.
