/KASE, May 29, 2023/ – Benkala Mining Company JSC (Aqtobe), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 22, 2023, D. Orazaev was
elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Benkala Mining
Company JSC consists of three people: D. Orazaev, T. Kovaleva, A. Shekhovtsov.
