Fondovyi servis JSC (Kazakhstan) has abandoned the status of a market- maker of NURBANK's bonds of the first issue and those of Vita OJSC of the third issue at KASE

/KASE, January 16, 04/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Board since January 30 of 2004 Fondovyi servis JSC (Almaty) has been deprived of status of the market-maker of bonds of NURBANK (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY03A544; KASE's official "А" listing category; NRBNb1; KZT1,000.0, KZT1,500.0 m.; May 22, 02 - May 22, 05, semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR) and indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of VITA OJSC (Almaty) of the third issue (KZ2CKY02A561; KASE's official "B" listing category; VITAb3; KZT100.0, KZT750.0 m.; June 11, 2002 - June 11, 2004, semi-annual coupon 14.0%APR). The reason for the adoption of a decision was statement of Fondovyi servis JSC about volunteer resigning of the status of specialist of the mentioned securities. [2004-01-16]
