Home Credit Bank raised KZT5.0 bn on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2D00008356 (HCBNb8) with yield to maturity of 18.00 % APR

/KASE, May 19, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2D00008356 (KASE main market, category "bonds", HCBNb8; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 17.02.22 – 17.02.25; semi-annual coupon; 12.50 % APR; 30/360) of Home Credit Bank LLP (Almaty) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription to them. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a nominal volume of KZT5,000,000,000 were offered for the placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were collected. Orders for the subscription were collected on May 19, 2023 from 10:30 to 11:30 o'clock, Astana time. Three members of KASE took part in the trades. A total of six limit orders were submitted to the trading system, of which five orders with a total volume of KZT5.0 bn (with a nominal volume of KZT5.3 bn) were recognized as active at the time of the end of the order collection. The clean price in the submitted active orders amounted to 91.9982 % of the face value (18.0000 % APR). The demand made up 105.4 % of the supply. In the total volume of active orders, institutional investors accounted for 39.9 %, other legal entities – for 59.8 %, individuals – for 0.3 %. As a result of the placement, three active orders were executed. A total of 5,252,506 bonds were placed for a total of KZT4,999,999,361.0. The clean price in the executed orders was 91.9982 % of the face value (18.0000 % per annum). According to the data of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the deal based on the results of subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information has been settled, the subscription has been completed.
