/KASE, May 18, 2023/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 11, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual audited financial statements of the company for 2022;
- not to accrue nor pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2022, to
leave the company's net income without distribution and direct it to the
development of the company.
