/KASE, May 16, 2023/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 26, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- removed: N. Akhanzaripov;
- elected: Aleksandr Schirhuber.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of nine people: Y. Lavrinenko, Ulf Wokurka, N.
Baidauletov, Y. Berdigulov, G. Auganov, John McKay, Aleksandr Schirhuber, N.
Nurbayeva, N. Sauranbayev.
