/KASE, May 17, 2023/ – Following a decision of the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated May 17, 2023, common shares
KZ1C00000199 (KASE main market, "standard" category, UKPF) of Ust-
Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant JSC (East Kazakhstan region) were excluded from
KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission will be effective from May 17, 2023.
This decision was made on the basis of the application of Ust-Kamenogorsk
Poultry Plant JSC for the voluntary delisting of said shares from KASE official
list.
These shares had been in the second category of KASE official list since
November 9, 2009; since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "standard" category
of KASE official list's main market. Trades in them opened on December 7, 2010.
