/KASE, May 16, 2023/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 11, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: O. Zhandosov;
- elected: R. Taufikov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Batys tranzit
JSC consists of five people: B. Nugymanov, K. Ibragimov, A. Akimbayeva, R.
Anafiyanov, R. Taufikov.
