/KASE, May 15, 2023/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 30, 2023 at
15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the bank's annual financial statements for 2022;
- on approving the procedure for distributing the bank's net income for 2022,
making a decision on the payment of dividends on ordinary shares and
approving the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the bank based on the
results of 2022;
- on the choice of an audit organization to conduct an audit of the bank for
2023;
- on informing the shareholders of the bank about the amount and composition
of the remuneration of members of the Board of Directors and the
Management Board of the bank;
- on consideration of the issue of appeals of the bank's shareholders on the
actions of the bank and its executives and the results of their
consideration.
