/KASE, May 11, 2023/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 27, 2023: to issue 1,000 common shares of the company at an offering price of 24,309,508 tenge per share with the sole shareholder exercising the right of preemptive purchase of shares.
