Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raised KZT738.6 mln on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00009728 (MFOKb10) with weighted average yield to maturity of 21.00 % APR

/KASE, April 25, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2C00009728 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFOKb10; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 20.04.23 – 20.04.24, monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted today in KASE's trading system by way of subscription to them. BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a nominal volume of 1,000,000,000 tenge were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were collected. Orders for the subscription were collected on April 25, 2023 from 10:00 to 12:00 o'clock, Astana time. Three members of KASE took part in the trades (number of participants' accounts – 25). A total of 25 limit orders with a volume of KZT738.6 mln (with a nominal volume of KZT736.4 mln) were submitted to the trading system, which were recognized as active by the end of the order collection. The "clean" price in the submitted active orders varied in the range of 99.9979–100.0156 % of the face value (20.98–21.00 % per annum), the weighted average "clean" price amounted to 99.9980 % of the face value (21.00 % per annum). Demand made up 73.6 % of supply. The entire total volume of active orders came from individuals. As a result of the placement, all active order were fully executed. A total of 736,445 bonds were placed for a total of KZT738,578,102.3. The weighted average "clean" price amounted to 99.9980 % of the face value (21.0000 % per annum). According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals based on the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information were settled, the subscription is completed.
