/KASE, April 24, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on April 24, 2023, the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2C00009736 (KMGZpp2; KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 10 years; semi-annual coupon,
0.50 % per annum; 30/360) of National company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana) in KASE
official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is April 24, 2023.
