/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – Aidarly Project JSC (Zhezkazgan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
"on April 11, 2023, Addendum No. 5 to Contract No. 2006 dated April 3, 2006 for
the exploration and production of copper at the Aidarly deposit in East
Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan was concluded between the
Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of
Kazakhstan and the Company".
