/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – Life insurance company "Standard Life" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its
shareholders held on April 17, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income based on 2022 results and retain it
in the company's equity.
Decisions on a total of seven issues of the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
