Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raised KZT2.0 bn on KASE through subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00009728 (MFOKb10) with yield to maturity of 21.00 % APR

/KASE, April 20, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2C00009728 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFOKb10; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 20.04.23 – 20.04.24, monthly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted in KASE's trading system today by way of subscription to them. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a nominal volume of 2,000,000,000 tenge were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were collected. Orders for the subscription were collected on April 20, 2023 from 10:30 to 11:30 o'clock, Astana time. Three members of KASE took part in the trades, the number of participants' accounts was 62. In total, 62 limit orders with a nominal volume of KZT2,003.4 mln were submitted to the trading system, of which 61 orders with a total volume of KZT2,000.0 mln were recognized as active. The clean price in the submitted active orders amounted to 100.0000 % of the face value (21.0000 % APR). Demand made up 100.0 % of supply. In the total volume of active orders, the share of institutional investors accounted for 60.0 %, the share of individuals – for 40.0 %. As a result of the placement, all active orders were executed. A total of 2,000,000 bonds were offered for a total of KZT2,000,000,000.0. The weighted average clean price was 100.0000 % of the face value (21.0000 % per annum). According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals following the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of the publication of this information are settled, the subscription is completed.
