Bonds KZ2P00009707 (FPSTb1) of Forpost passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, April 19, 2023/ – On April 19, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2P00009707 ($100, $10.0 mln; 367 days; quarterly coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; 30/360) of Forpost LLP (Ulytau region) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of Forpost LLP is First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC (Astana). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FPSTb1. The main activity of Forpost LLP is the extraction of precious metals and other minerals, their processing and sale.
