/KASE, April 14, 2023/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Board
of Directors suggested to the annual general meeting of shareholders the
following:

- the following procedure for distributing the net income of KazTransOil JSC
earned in 2022, in the amount of 19,801,693,000 ... tenge:
- to distribute 15,000,495,861... tenge on dividends,
- to retain the remaining net income in the amount of 4,801,197,139 ... at
disposal of KazTransOil JSC;
- the amount of dividend for 2022 per ordinary share of KazTransOil JSC – 39
tenge.
