/KASE, April 7, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of the general meeting of its partners held on March
30, 2023.
The partners, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited financial statements of the partnership for 2022;
- not to distribute net income for 2022 in the amount of 13,062,950,783.80 tenge
and postpone the decision on its distribution until the next meeting of the
Supervisory Board of the Partnership.
