whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with an auditor's report on the financial statements of the
company for 2022.

ALMIR CONSULTING LLP. According to the auditor's report, the financial
statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of
Microfinance organization "Niet Credit" LLP as at 31 December 2022, as well as
its financial results and its cash flows for the year, ended on the specified
date, in conformity with IFRS.
