/KASE, April 3, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on April 3, 2023 the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2D00009651 (FNACpp3; $100,000, $200.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual coupon,
5.50 % APR; 30/360) of "Finaccord Limited" Private company (Astana) in
KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is April 3, 2023.
