Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raises $3.5 mln on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00009421 (MFOKb8) with yield to maturity of 10.00 % APR

/KASE, April 3, 2023/ – Today an initial offering of bonds KZ2C00009421 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFOKb8; $100, $20.0 mln; 03.03.23 – 03.03.24, quarterly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted in KASE's trading system by way of subscription to them. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Orders for the subscription were collected on April 3, 2023 from 10:30 to 11:30 o'clock, Astana time. Bonds with a nominal volume of 3,000,000 USD were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were collected. Two members of KASE took part in the trades, the number of participants' accounts is 115. A total of 115 limit orders totaling USD3.5 million were submitted to the trading system, which were recognized as active at the end of the order collection. The clean price in submitted active orders was 99.9932 % of the face value (10.00 % per annum). Demand during the subscription exceeded supply 1.2 times. In the total volume of active orders, the share of legal entities accounted for 6.3 %, the share of individuals – for 93.7 %. As a result of placement, all active orders were executed for the total amount of 3,503,016.2 US dollars (the equivalent of 1,582,347,447.7 tenge). The clean price in executed orders was 99.9932 % of the nominal value (10.00% per annum). According to the data of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), all deals based on the results of subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information have been settled, the subscription has been completed.
