/KASE, April 3, 2023/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds
KZ2C00009421 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds",
MFOKb8; $100, $20.0 mln; 03.03.23 – 03.03.24, quarterly coupon, 10.00 %
APR; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) is
conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the
Exchange) today by way of subscription to them.
Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller) acts as the seller
during the subscription to the said bonds.
The total face value of bonds being offered – 3,000,000 US dollar.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on April 3, 2023 from 10:30 to
11:30 o'clock, Astana time. Only limit orders will be collected during the
subscription.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is April 3, 2023; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is April 3, 2023; the settlement date and
time is April 3, 2023, 14:00 o'clock, Astana time. The Central Securities
Depository JSC will carry out the settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to the terms of this subscription, the surname, first name, patronymic
(if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity are provided as
additional information about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said
bonds.
