/KASE, March 27, 2023/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated March 27, 2023, common shares KZ1C00000512 (KASE
main market, "standard" category, AKFI) of AMF Group JSC (Astana) are excluded
from KASE official list .
This decision of the Listing Commission is effective as of March 28, 2023.
This decision was made on the basis of a request of AMF Group JSC for voluntary
delisting of the mentioned shares from KASE official list.
These shares have been in KASE official list's "B" category since July 1, 2002,
and since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "standard" category of KASE official
list's main market. Trades in them opened on July 18, 2002.
