"Green" bonds KZ2C00009637 (BRKZb32) and KZ2C00009645 (BRKZb33) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, March 27, 2023/ – On March 27, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following "green" bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00009637 (KZT1,000, KZT16.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual floating coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; actual/365), ticker – BRKZb32; - KZ2C00009645 (KZT1,000, KZT16.0 bn; 15 years, semi-annual floating coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; actual/365), ticker – BRKZb33. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issues of these bonds are the first and second ones under the ninth bond program of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on March 20, 2023 for a total amount of KZT150.0 bn. The financial consultants and underwriters of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC are SkyBridge Invest JSC (Almaty) and BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty).
