/KASE, March 24, 2023/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on March 20, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the bank for 2022;
- to pay dividends on ordinary and preferred shares of the bank for 2022 in the
amount of 4,900 tenge per share.
