/KASE, March 15, 2023/ – Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of shareholders will begin on April 20, 2023 at
11:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- on approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2022 and
consideration of the auditor's report for 2022;
- on approval of the procedure for distributing the company's net income for
2022. On making a decision on payment/non-payment of dividends on
ordinary shares of the company;
- on shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its executives
and results of their consideration;
- on conclusion of interested party transactions.
