/KASE, March 13, 2023/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated March 13, 2023, common shares GB00BGP6Q951 (KASE
main market, category "standard", GB_NTRM) of NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC (United
Kingdom) were excluded from KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on March 14, 2023.
This decision was made on the basis of NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC's request for
voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares from KASE official list.
These shares have been in the third category of KASE official list since June
10, 2014. Since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "standard" category of KASE
official list's main market. Trading in them opened on June 25, 2014.
