/KASE, March 9, 2023/ – National company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be
held on April 6, 2023 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- on determining the quantitative composition, term of office and election of
members of the counting commission of the general meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- on assigning the functions of the counting commission of the extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders of the company to JSC "Central Securities
Depository".
