/KASE, March 9, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on March 1, 2023 took a decision on
inclusion of bonds KZ2C00009538 (MFOKb9; $100, $20.0 mln; 360 days;
quarterly coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization
OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE
official list's alternative market.
The Management Board decision's effective date is March 9, 2023.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
