/KASE, March 7, 2023/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the Board of Directors dated February 23,
2023 to issue shares with the sole shareholder of the company exercising the
right of pre-emptive purchase of shares, as follows:
• 100.0 mln common shares within the number of authorized shares at a price
of KZT1,000 per share with a subsequent increase in the authorized capital of
Industrial Development Fund JSC;
• 35.0 mln common shares within the number of authorized shares at a price of
KZT1,000 per share with a subsequent increase in the authorized capital of
Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.
