/KASE, March 6, 2023/ – National company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with the following press release dated March 6, 2023:

JSC NC "KazMunayGas" announces the following changes in the composition of
the Company's management.
Instead of Arman Kairdenov, Dmitry Makeev was appointed as a Deputy Chairman
of the Management Board of JSC NC "KazMunayGas". He will oversee the
direction of oil refining and petrochemistry.
Since December 2019, D. Makeev has held the position of Director of the
Department of Oil Refining and Petrochemistry of KMG.
Over the years, he held the positions of Head of the Technical Development
Department, Director of the Technical Development Department of JSC NC
"KazMunayGas".
From 2005 to 2019, he worked at the Atyrau Oil Refinery, where he worked his
way up from the installation operator to the managing director of technology.
Further changes in the composition of the Management Board will be disclosed in
accordance with the established procedure after the relevant decisions of the
Board of Directors of KMG.
