/KASE, March 3, 2023/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 2, 2023, V. Batrak was
elected to the bank's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Home Credit
Bank JSC consists of three people: V. Batrak, Zdenek Foukal, Bachvarov Kiril
Atanasov.
