From February 23 common shares US4824801009 (KLAC_KZ) of KLA Corporation will be excluded from KASE official list at initiative of admission initiator

/KASE, February 22, 2023/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from February 23, 2023 common shares US4824801009 (sector "KASE Global", KLAC _ KZ) of KLA Corporation (USA) will be excluded from KASE official list. This decision was made on the basis of the application of Tansar Capital JSC (former name – CAIFC INVESTMENT GROUP JSC), which is the initiator of admission of the said shares to KASE, for voluntary delisting. These shares have been in the "KASE Global" sector of KASE official list since June 24, 2022. Trades have not been opened. [2023-02-22]
