/KASE, February 21, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that
trading in bonds KZ000A0T88N8 (KASE main market, "bonds" category,
BTTRb1) of Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty) has been resumed on KASE since
February 21, 2023.
Trading in these bonds had been suspended on KASE since February 3, 2023.
Trading in these bonds was resumed due to KASE receiving changes and
additions to the issue prospectus of bonds registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market
on February 14, 2023, according to which amendments were made regarding the
establishment of covenants.
