Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raises KZT922.4 mln on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2P00008162 (MFOKb2) with weighted average yield to maturity of 22.75 % APR

/KASE, February 17, 2023/ – On February 17, 2023 an initial offering of bonds KZ2P00008162 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFOKb2; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 09.11.21 – 09.11.24, quarterly coupon, 18.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted in KASE's trading system by way of subscription to them. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a nominal volume of 1,000,000,000 tenge were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were collected. Orders for the subscription were collected on February 17, 2023 from 10:30 to 12:30 o'clock, Astana time. Three members of KASE took part in the trades. A total of 186 limit orders with a nominal volume of KZT1,366.6 mln were submitted to the trading system, of which 185 orders for a total volume of KZT1,281.1 mln were recognized as active by the end of the order collection. The "clean" price in submitted active orders varied in the range of 93.3565–95.7355 % of the face value (21.0000–22.7500 % per annum), the weighted average "clean" price amounted to 93.3572 % of the nominal value (22.7495 % per annum). Demand exceeded supply by 1.4 times. In the total volume of active orders, the share of legal entities accounted for 8.1 %, the share of individuals – for 91.9 %. As a result of the placement, all active order were not fully executed. A total of 983,820 bonds were placed for a total of KZT922,401,883.7. The weighted average "clean" price amounted to 93.3572 % of the face value (22.7495 % per annum). According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals based on the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information are settled, the subscription is completed. At the same time 8.1 %, in terms of the volume raised was redeemed by legal entities, 91.9 % – by individuals. [2023-02-17]
