/KASE, February 16, 2023/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of
shareholders dated February 3, 2023, G. Amerkhojaev was elected as a member
of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Life Insurance
Company "Standard Life" consists of six persons: M. Alzhanov, Zh. Alzhanov, K.
Kozhakhmetov, A. Buranbayev, T. Li, G. Amerkhojaev.
